Male Yeast Infection
What Can You Do?
Hi,
My name is Ruthie and I write about male yeast infections. How did I come to write about this sort of thing? Well, much of it is from personal experience.
I have always had some symptoms of yeast infections. I had athletes foot as a kid, quite a few times. Once I got sexually active I got thrush (vaginal yeast infection) pretty often. I just got creams from the doctor and carried on.
A couple of years later I had a flu that I couldn’t shake – I felt really terrible and I was eventually diagnosed as having M.E./C.F.S. I was very ill for quite a few years, and I started to research ME on the ‘net.
It was then I found the links between some of the symptoms of yeast infections and the symptoms of ME. I looked around for a system that was proven to help people who had yeast infections and some of the symptoms that linked the two conditions.
I had the fibromyalgia symptoms from ME; aching joints, tiredness, weak muscles, and these all linked up with the symptoms of chronic yeast infections.
So I knew I needed to do something about it but I felt that information on the internet could be wrong – obviously there is no proof that anyone is being honest and I didn’t know who to trust. I figured I am going to have to trust some sort of advice and give it a go.
I know it sounds ridiculous, but after a few days eating right, my mind seemed to be clearer, less fuzzy. The bacteria that causes yeast infections were under control because I was also using a suppliment.
I knew that the bacteria was gone from my gut because I had a colonic irrigation session – ewww – and the practitioner said she saw no evidence of it at all. That was after just two weeks of being careful of what I ate.
I felt so much better; I can’t say all my ME symptoms have gone because they haven’t, but I honestly feel healthier, my symptoms are less severe, and I feel happier and more optimistic than I have done in years.
So if you have had more than one yeast infection, either athletes foot or penile yeast infection, oral yeast infection, anal yeast infection, jock itch, and you feel that you have become sluggish, achey, stressed, more prone to aches and pains, and you want to feel better quickly and simply, I totally recommend changing your diet and by eating better, get better!
You might be wondering why I am writing to guys about this. Well, women have all the information when it comes to yeast infections, and guys need to know this stuff too.
Here’s wishing you all the best, I hope you feel better real soon!
